Official U.S. AC:CF Site Launched

Well, the official U.S. AC:CF site has been launched:
animal-crossing.com/cityfolk/

Here are some things to note:
- It states that the "full site" is coming soon.
- They are apparently running a contest where you can dress up your pet as an AC character. Winners apparently become part of the Animal Crossing Welcome Wagon Committee that apparently get insider info., a Wii, and a copy of AC:CF.
- There is some indication of an April Fools' Event
- The video shows some interesting parts of gameplay, and reveals the new chameleon running the bug-off.

There's been a lot added to the official US site.

It has a really cool calendar feature.

When I played the GameCube version, I would print out calendar pages similar to this to keep track of everything and keep them in my Animal Crossing binder. But this official one is even better, because it marks all the important events.

Mushroom season is going to be going on the whole month of November. And Sunday is the fishing tourney. Hopefully Nook will have a fishing rod for sale. Well, Tortimer might have one too.

It seems there will be 2 different types of fishing tourneys. One type is called Fishing Tourney (Specific Fish), and the other is Fishing Tourney (All Fish.)

I really need to be in bed, but I can't stop looking at the site.
