Yeah....I just need one bug (the petaltail) and one fish (the king salmon). now if I can get Redd to sell the paintings I need (lololol) then I would have a full museum....

Super congrats!! I need a few fish but only 3 bugs, obviously I have to wait until next year for that skittish Tarantula but have heard that the Scorpion is still out this month. The other bug that I have to catch is the Petaltail, no idea when it is out and about. One more fossil and that collection is completed. Of course authentic paintings are difficult to come by but I still need that cup of Brewster's Blend to rev me up for the entire museum tour.

I just checked my list last night, and I found that I have missed 3 bugs and 2 fish this year. I'll have to wait for next summer for them. I missed the Tarantula, Scarab Beetle, and Atlas Beetle. I just have a little more time to try for the Petaltail and Scorpion. I'm not counting on anything. I haven't had as much time to play as I'd like (we moved to a new apartment in July, and my world has been consumed with packing, moving, unpacking, blah, blah, blah.)
I missed the Giant Snakehead and Napoleanfish also. I haven't fished yet in September, so hopefully I'll have the 2 salmon soon.
I finally got the last fossil that I needed last week.
I've heard that the Petaltail is even harder than the Banded Dragonfly. I lucked out with that one this year...it was right in front of my face with my net out. Swish! Done. Lucky! In the GameCube version of the game, that was the last bug I'd get. And in the DS version it would be that and the Tarantula and Scorpion.
I've been bitten by the Tarantula about 4 times and the Scorpion once so far this year.

I found the salmon and the bell cricket. Just need the king salmon and the petaltail. I think Ive seen the petaltail but by the time I get my net out its gone. I hate when the tarantula and scorpion bites me, I have to remember to walk slow after 7pm. And congrats to you too... Just think soon all the bugs and fish will be pure profit....lol
