What do you do during the Starry Nights celebration? How do you get decorations for your house? I am really confused...

Actually it's called "Bright Nights" and you don't decorate your house, you vote for which neighbor you like best by telling Tortimer, and at the end of the week you get to be the person who tells the winner that they won. But unfortunately there is no way to decorate the outside of your own house.  |
