Caretaker of your towns branch of the Farway Museum, he takes your donations and gives you a little scientific info about the item you donated.
Booker
He runs the Lost & Found portion of the local Police Dept.
Copper
Always outside of the police department ready to lend a helping hand, except for the mornings from July 25th to August 31st. when he runs the Morning Aerobics between 6am and 7am.
Kapp'n
This Boatman errr Turtle will be happy to entertain you while taking you to Animal Island. be sure to have your GBA and game link handy though.cause without them you wont get a visit from the ol Kapp'n
Mable Able
the sales clerk and the 'Talker' of the two Able sisters, she helps you out with questions and shows you around the shop.
Pelly
the Daytime clerk in the Post office and the friendly one. she is always in a good mood.
Phyllis
the disgruntled clerk in the post office, she works the night shift and is never in a good mood.
Porter
this friendly monkey will always be ready and willing to assist you at the train station.
Sable Able
She is the quite one of the Able sisters. she doesn't talk until you create several designs and display them in their shop, then eventually she comes out of her shell and actually is quite friendly.
Timmy
one of the twins that runs the upstairs of Nookingtons, (not related to Nook).
Tom Nook
not only is he the Store Owner, he also upgrades your house and is also the first to give you a job and help you out when you moved into town.
Tommy
the other twin that helps run the upstairs of Nookingtons, (not related to Nook).

Blanca
The faceless cat who you may meet while traveling on the train, she asks you to draw her a new face.
Chip
Runs the Fishing Tournaments in your town every Sunday in June and November between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
Don Resetti
Don is the Very elusive brother to Mr. Resetti. he is very mellow and easy going, but very seldom ever shows up.
Farley
the Fountain Spirit ONLY shows up if you get a perfect town for 2 weeks straight. he appears over the well and presents you with the gift of a Golden Axe.
Franklin
the scared special guest to the towns Harvest Festival asks for you help on during the festival and gives you Harvest Series items in exchange.
Gracie
This high fashion designer is very bossy, but if you do a good enough job cleaning his car you may just get a Gracie Original. its not easy.
Gulliver
This hapless seagull can be found once a week washed up on your towns beach. after giving you some strange story as to why he is there he thanks you for saving him by giving you a rare world item.
Jack
Everyones favorite Halloween costume is also the guest of honor on this special holiday. and for a single piece of candy he will give you a spooky series item. so bring lots of candy.
Jingle
have to stay up late for this guy, he only visits your town between 8pm Dec. 24th through 1am Dec. 25th. and he doesn't like giving out more than one item per person. he is easily fooled though.
Joan
This stout lady visits your town every Sunday and is your sole supplier of Turnips. so if you plan on trying the Stalk Market you best hunt her down and buy some of her wares.
Katrina
Randomly visits your town to read everyone their fortunes. Office Copper usually knows when she will be in town, so on that day look for her from 9pm till 9pm the next day.
Mr. Resetti
Mr. Attitude would better describe him. he has a quick and hot temper and he hates when people reset their games for any reason even accidents. he is very quick to get angry at you and can sometimes make you do some strange things as punishment.
Pete
the towns mail carrier, if you catch him at 9am or 5pm delivering the mail he will talk to you for a bit.
Redd
this fox visits from time to time and usually has some expensive rare items for you to buy.
Rover
He is always full of questions, and he always travels around by train and most of the time you will encounter him while traveling.
Sahara
The greatest Carpet trader around, he visits randomly, ask copper to find out what dates, and he will be in town for 24 hours starting at 6am.
Snowman
starts out as a couple of tiny snowballs laying around in your town anytime after Christmas and until the snow is gone.
if you build him correctly he will mail you a snowman series item.
Tortimer
The Mayor of your village. he hands out gifts on special occasions and also asks you for favors throughout the year.
Totakeke
also known as K.K. Slider, he performs each Saturday night in front of the train station from 8pm till 12am.
he always offers a copy of his song after playing, which you can use in your house in any stereo.
