Lovable ol' Tortimer is the Mayor of your town, he is usually busy in the back of Town Hall but on special occasions he does come out to "meet & Greet" with all of the residents. He also sometimes sends out special gifts in the mail.
Tom Nook t03
Everyones favorite Raccoon Tom Nook is of course the owner of the Store in town and also your Landlord. As his store expands so do your chances to acquire "Nook Points" wich are good towards ultra rare Nintendo items in his exclusive 'Nintendo Catalog'.
Timmy n Tommy t04
Contrary to popular rumor neither 'Timmy' or 'Tommy' are related to Tom Nook. They are simply his 2 employee's which he hired to work the upstairs of Nookingtons. They must work for commision because they are both always anxious to talk to you and both rush to follow you and be the first to talk.
Pelly t05
Pelly is the Friendly Day shift operator of your Town Hall. She is in charge of the Civic Center as well as the Post office.
Phyllis t06
Phyllis is the Grumpy Night shift operator of your Town Hall. She handles the Civic Center and the Post Office through the night, but watch for her sarcasm.
Blathers t07
Blathers runs the Museum. Being an owl you will always find him napping durring the day, but no worries he will always be glad to wake up and receive your donations to the museum.
Brewster t08
Brewster runs 'The Roost' the coffee shop downstairs of the Museum. he is very reserved and while he doesnt say much, when he does talk it will be about his special brew.
Rumor: (confirmation needed) If you are holding a gyroid in your pockets while talking to him (after befriending him) he will talk about his fondness for collecting them and offer to store one of each in his backroom for you.
Celeste t09
Celeste is Blathers Sister, she runs the observatory located upstairs of the Museum.
She helps you chart and locate constilations in the sky.
Sable Able t10
Sable is The shy one of the Able Sisters, she is usually always busy sewing, but like the previous 2 games she will eventually start talking to you if you visit enough and share your deisgns.
Mable Able t11
Mable is The talkative one of the Able sisters, she always greets visitors to their shop and handles all sales, design displays, and new to this version of the game she will also store up to 64 or your designs for you.
Copper t12
Chief of Security for your town. He handles all 'Gate' operations for you as well as supply you with your personal "Friend Code".
Booker t13
Booker may appear slow or dim witted, but his knowledge of what is going on in town and his management of the 'Lost and Found' prove his is very valuable.
He is also who you talk to when you want to change your Town Flag.
