Our Privacy Policy
We here at Animal Crossing The Fans Club and KaFZ inc, care about our members Privacy.
Due to the nature of Message boards, the email of everyone who submits a join request is available to Admins only. the privacy or your email on your profile is under your control.
Reminder: If the personal profile gives out any personal information of anyone under the age of 16 it will be deleted or hidden.
We Never share any personal information(including emails) with anyone else. this includes other members of the group, our affiliates, or any 3rd parties, with the exception of aiding law enforcement in the case of security issues.
This group does not require the collection of any personally identifiable information, except the personal info of staff, which I hold onto for contact purposes and in the off chance a security issue comes up.
Our management team always monitors the message boards, and immediately delete any posts which include personal information, or ask others for personal information, including emails and IM info.
Also notice that we do not support live chat on ACTFC as it cannot be securely monitored.
