Information:
Even though Redd has moved into a somewhat more permanant location, you still have to be a member to even get to look at his inventory, and strangely enough he still only sells 3 items at a time. (2 items, 1 painting).
but just like AC:WW though all you have to do is be turned away by Redd and then one of the animals will help you out.
Once you get your invitation in the mail take it to the shop and Redd will let you in. But you do still have to pay 3,000 bells to join.
There are some exclusive items that can only be found at Redd's. (if anyone finds any of these items outside of Redd's please let me know so I can remove them from this list.)

03) The Marquee

Cost: 800 per viewing
Information:
Set of 4 shows each week.
New set of shows starts on Sunday.
Dr. Shrunk has taken his stand up rutine to the stage.
As before while Dr. Shrunk tells his jokes or anecdotes he uses an emotion and you have the option to learn that emotion.
Again you can only hold up to 4 emotions at a time but at least now you dont have to wait forver between visits to get a chance at a new one.
Special Note: On random days, Dr. Shrunk will be absent and an old frilled lizard well be performing in his place, his name is Master Frillard and he teaches emotions that Dr. Shrunk doesnt even know.

Letters actually gives the ability to stop the letters from being sent to your mailbox.
TIPS:
HRA no longer subtracts points for including non theme/series items mixed into a completed theme/series.
Remember each room in your house does have 4 walls, even though the south wall is invisible, it is still a wall and anything placed facing against it will count against your score.

Not nearly as thought out and workable as Nookbay, and not even needed considering it's limitations and slow process. but it is an interesting addition to the game.
Note: the 'check room' is actually a direct link to your personal storage from your characters house. [Thanks to mrspeckler73 for bringing this info to our attention.]
Lloid (a talking Gyroid probably related to the ones in the original game) serves as the Master and Auctioneer.

Display Item allows you to display 1 item at a time for auction and set the 'reserve' price. (the minimum you will take for the item)
Bid of course is where you bid on other items you want in the auction. (remember only 1 bid per item)

Now the down side
First of all, you can look at items at any time, but you can only actually participate on weekends (between Saturday 6:00 a.m. - Monday 12:00 a.m. (midnight)), and it takes multiple weekends to complete a single auction.
Second This is what is known as a "Secret Auction". That means each person is only allowed to place one bid, and nobody is allowed to see what any others have bid.
Third, only people on your Friend Code list can participate, which means not only are you limited to only what items those few people on your friend code list put up for auction, but since they are already on your friend code list, why not just make the deals personally and save all the hassle and wasted time?

08) Kicks' Place
================
Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Cost: 500
Information:
Kicks the skunk hangs out on the front steps of a boarded up store front and he shines shoes for 500 bells a shine.
He will match your shoes either by color or by design to go along with your total outfit. (includes shirt, hat, hair, accessories)
When you speak to Kicks you will be asked
if you want your shoes to be matched by color or style.
If you choose color, Kicks will choose a color or combination of colors to match whatever color is most promenent in your outfit.
If you choose style he will either make your shoes match what ever design your shirt is, or if you are wearing a complete outfit a predesigned shoe will be used (for example Firefighter coat and hat is a complete outfit).
if your shoes already match then he will just buff them for no charge.

09) Shampoodle's

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Cost: 3,000
Information:
Harriet has finally been able to move out of Nooks back room.
Now not only can you choose from different hair styles, but now you can also order Mii masks.
If you choose a Mii Mask then you just pick one out of a catalog which will display all Mii faces currently on your Wii.
If you choose to get a hair style, then you will again be asked several questions till she knows what hair style to give you.

10) Katrina's Fortunes

Information:
Finally Katrina has moved from her old tent to a stationary building. And her mystic powers have increased greatly.
Now you can ask for your Fortune, or ask for a charm.
Fortunes let you know if you will have good or bad luck for the rest of the week. unlike previous games where the luck was only for the one day.
And Charms can on occasion include monthly charms which include requiring a WiFi visitor to perform an unusual act to receive a prize.
I am sure there are a lot more mysteries and secrets to come from Katrina as the game goes on, so please let me know any of your experiences with her so they can be included in this.

This is where you will be dropped of when visiting the city, and where you board the bus to return back to your town.

12) Resetti's Surveillance Center

Hours: 8:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (random day each week)

Information:
Finally those of us not in Japan can go under ground and visit Resetti.
Watch for one of the traffic cones to be moved to the side on the far east side of town.
The Silver shovel is obtainable from Resetti, however the process has not be documented yet.
Once you are finished talking to Resetti and leave, the traffic cone will be back in its normal spot, so make sure you are done before leaving as you wont be able to return until the next random day the cone is moved.
It is unknown yet if you will ever be able to visit Don Resetti down here, but he does still make rare visits to your town if you dont save your games properly.
At the moment Nothing else is really known about visiting Resetti. So please anyone who visits him make sure you share your experiences with us so they can be added here.
