Has anyone found Wisp yet? I keep checking, but I haven't been able to find him. What are the hours that you can find him?

I saw him once. The very first night that I played. I had found this Lamp (like a genies lamp) on the ground so I picked it up. and a few mins later I found Wisp. he asked me to find his lamp. well I already found it lol so I gave it to him and he said he was scared of the dark and to meet him in My attic. When I got back to my house he gave the choice to pull all my weeds, give me a random item, or something else...I can't remember what it was now. I chose the Item and he gave me a sink. I can't remember the exact hours. I'm sorry. I would guesstimate around midnight or so. That was that only time I saw him and I haven't been able to find him since.
