Just curious about the town you live in! What is it's name, what does it look like, what are your neighbours like? Just go nuts and brag about the wonderful town you built! I would love to hear all about it.
I live in Akceber. It isn't perfect, but I like it the way it is. I am really enjoying making the pond near my house look beautiful with flowers and trees and stuff. My house's roof is purple because that is my favourite colour. I get along well with my neighbours, especially Stitches and Alfonso. Once Stitches actually came to my house three times in two days, which was fun. I just planted my first palm tree, so I am looking forward to that growing, and I have a money tree in my backyard. I love contributing to the town museum. It has got to be one of my favourite things, besides making my neighbours happy. Well, I shall continue to brag later!
I can't wait to hear all about your towns!

My town is ReDDwarf, I've been playing it since the game was launched.
Durring the first 11 months, I did all the collecting, trading, traveling, etc. If AC:WW offered it, I was involved, LOL. then after I finally completed my catalog and museum, I started getting creative, and did a lot more traveling and a lot more hosting.
Now I really don't even know who my neighbors are anymore as I stopped bothering to talk to them several months ago. Most of the time I still have fruit orchards across the top half of my town, so that visitors can have plenty of opportunity to pick all the fruit they need or want.
My town has been through several different "Themes" over the years, Before my eyes got bad I used to love creating designs and laying out town themes. I do miss those days.
Now on occasion I still open my gates so people can visit, but I rarely actually "play" anymore, even when I have visitors in my town, there is nothing much for me to do so my character just stands by his front door.

My town is Kou. I've been playing since the day it came out.
I've spent a lot of time trying to make my town look pretty, but then I just decided to catch tons of bugs and now I've got more coconut trees than actually fit. My best friend went a little nuts one day planting fruit trees in my town. She says now I can rape the trees for over 200,000 bells a day. I'm too lazy to actually do that. I shake a tree or two, but mostly looking for furniture. I have almost all of the items. I cannot get Gulliver though. I've seen him once.
I'm desperately looking for a lucky black cat. I need it to finish my Japanese room. I also need a giant beetle and a worthy painting to finish my museum.
Only my bff and my cousin have ever visited my town. I'd like to have more people.
I don't pay attention to my neighbors. I don't really care. Bob was the only one I've ever liked and when he moved, I gave up on the others.
Now I spend all my time watering my special flowers, hoping for visitors.

My town's name is Banana (I couldn't think of any fantastic names so that's what it got lol) I got the game for Christmas last year. My museum is getting full, I still haven't finished any exhibits tho. I have 4 characters, my town has been completely perfect for 22 days straight. I had never really bothered to get my town perfect but then I started to get bored with the game, so I tried to push myself to do something new with it lol. I have also been trying to finish my catalog but, it isn't really going that great lol. I am also trying to get a lot of hybrids but it is a slow process... Not many people have visited my town, I would like to have more visitors tho. I have been getting a lot of pictures from my neighbors lately. I tried to set up a "trophy room" in my house, but I have too much stuff for it. Mostly pictures and models. but tossed in a couple of trophies and things like that.

I am really annoyed at the moment. My palm tree died and I watered it everyday. Can you over water something? I am happy though because my neighbours gave me an apple, a pear and some cherries. I have planted them, so now I have some foreign fruit growing in my town. Well, I will when they grow anyway. I only just got them today... and I bought my first lot of turnips too. Hope to make a profit. Bought them for 91 bells each. And bought and planted a red turnip.

: :)My town is called Joyville. It is a source of joy to me. I have the town name spelled out in flowers. Lots of watering!!
My neighbours are all very nice and usually very polite. Of course they have the occasional tirade about how shallow I am if I forget their visiting time...
I am working on filling up the museum, all the fossils are there, not very many paintings though. Redd seems to have many many fakes in stock.
All my tiles are happy happy, hearts, sandcastles, dots and that sort of thing. I never time travel or use anything other than what the game comes with. However I do occasionally order items and flowers.
So off I go now to water the many flowers and do a bit of fishing

Wow, that sounds nice! I could never be bothered to do that much watering!!! Joyville is a really nice and appropriate name. I use everything that the game came with too, and I never time travel.
By the way, with my palmtree I must have been more annoyed than I thought, because I dreamt that another coconut washed up on my beach and I planted it. Weird.

I've been playing Harvest Moon so much lately that I dreamt that I had a farm and was petting cows! I haven't had the AC dreams in awhile, but once I did dream I was Bob's roommate and I threw out all of his kiddie furniture and he ate my hand!

Interesting dream... I love Harvest Moon. Do you just have HMDS, or another one?
I'm quite happy. Today alone I got my mortgage down from 200,000 bells to 90,000 bells. Quite happy.

I am really annoyed at the moment. My palm tree died and I watered it everyday. Can you over water something? First of all NO you cannot over water anything in the game, Second of all Trees do not require watering, even saplings. only flowers and the Red Turnip require watering. Remember that the palm tree can only be planted in the lower quarter of your map, and it follows the same rules as all other trees, not near signs, stone paths, water, cliffs, other trees, or buildings.

My town name is Twinkly - because of the "twinkle" sound that the game makes when you open your front door. (Umm, I know it's lame, but I lack creativity) I have the largest house with a blue roof for now. I have all the fish and bugs - NEWSFLASH - I caught the tarantula - finally, what's it been? like 2 or 3 years? What a pain in my butt bug!!! So now I have all the bugs. I used to try to crossbreed flowers, but I don't do that anymore. In my house I have a living room, and greenhouse, a kitchen, and "theamed/seasonal" room, and the upstairs room belongs to my son (who never plays the game, maybe he needs to be evicted he he). My latest goal is to get the rest of the paintings so my museum is complete. Everyone's town sounds great - hopefully we can all visit sometime.

I love Harvest Moon. Do you just have HMDS, or another one? I've got HM: A Wonderful Life (GC) HM: Another Wonderful Life (GC) HM: Magical Melody (GC) HM: Innocent Life (PS2) HM: Friends of Mineral Town (GBA) (This is the game in my GBA slot on my DS at the moment.) HM: More Friends of Mineral Town (GBA) HM: DS (DS) HM: Puzzle de Harvest Moon (DS) Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon (DS) and the newest one I got HM: Island of Happiness (DS) - which I can't stop playing I'm just waiting a few day until HM: Tree of Tranquility (Wii) comes out and I can get it. It's easy to say I love Harvest Moon.

My town is called Pleasant for Pleasant Valley AND Pleasantville. Can anyone recall the tune that has the line "just another Pleasant Valley Sunday". Pleasantville was an interesting movie.
I have completed the museum and my catalog.
I had been playing quite a bit, but now play for just a few minutes a day.
